What I’m Looking For in Clients

Prolific online producer, Tim Street, interviewed me this week after speaking at the Hollywood Web TV Meetup to ask me about what I look for in clients. The simple answer is this: you have to be passionate about what you do and you have to be great at doing it. It helps if you’re also wildly popular :)

    Hi George. Sorry I didn’t get a chance to speak with you the other night. WAF has about 12 million collective views on original material that’s already aired on MTV, been a Comedy Central Test Pilot finalist, a 2007 Yahoo series of the year nominee and we’re airing on Comcast On-Demand now. All this on the weekends while I’m a product manager for AFI’s first UGC site.

    I’m passionate about web video. I even get noticed in public (again the other night if you read the tubefilter blog).
